Univar launches innovative personal care laboratory in US

Redmond, Wash. – June 23, 2011 – Univar, a leading global chemical distributor, announces the launch of an innovative personal care laboratory in Charlotte, North Carolina USA. Univar is using the lab to develop consumer product prototypes that align with market trends and demonstrate the functionality of specialty ingredients to meet customer needs.
With the new laboratory, Univar’s personal care specialists demonstrate their formulating expertise by creating concept prototypes with ingredients from Univar’s extensive product portfolio from the world’s leading suppliers of ingredients. Univar customers benefit from our new product concepts, increased formulating experience, and starting formulations.
