J. Erik Fyrwald
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fyrwald joined Univar in May 2012 as President and Chief Executive Officer. From December 2011 to May 2012, Mr. Fyrwald was President of Ecolab, a cleaning and sanitation, water treatment and oil and gas products and services provider. From February 2008 to December 2011, Mr. Fyrwald was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nalco, a water treatment and oil and gas products and services company. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Fyrwald served as Group Vice President of the Agriculture and Nutrition Division of the DuPont Company. Mr. Fyrwald serves on the board of directors for Eli Lilly, Amsted Industries, The Society of Chemical Industry and The Field Museum. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Delaware and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

D. Beatty D’Alessandro
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. D’Alessandro joined Univar in January 2013 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. From March 2005 to January 2013, Mr. D’Alessandro served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Graybar Electric, a leading distributor of electrical, communications, and data networking products and provider of supply chain management and logistics services. From June 2001 to March 2005, he was appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Graybar Electric. He serves on the Advisory Board of United Missouri Bank, on the Board and Finance Committee of Missouri Baptist Medical Center, and on the Boards of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Missouri, for which he serves as Chairman, and the St. Louis chapter of Junior Achievement. He earned his B.S and MBA from University of South Florida.

Russell W. Day
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Russell Day joined Univar in February 2004 and has held various strategic planning, business development, and commercial roles overseeing Univar’s businesses in China and Australia. In 2009, Mr. Day was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development with responsibility for Univar’s global corporate development and merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Day earned Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and accounting, a J.D. from the University of Idaho and a LL.M. from the University of Washington.

Edward A. Evans
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Mr. Evans joined Univar in January 2010 and has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Evans served as Executive Vice President and Chief Personnel Officer for Allied Waste Industries, Inc. and its successor company Republic Services Inc., solid waste management businesses. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Evans served as the Founding Director for what is now the Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship in Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Mr. Evans spent 14 years with ARAMARK Corporation, a leading global managed services provider, and 16 years with Saga Foodservice, a foodservice company and its successor company, Marriott Corporation. Mr. Evans serves on the board of directors for DFC Global Corp. He earned his B.S. degree and his MBA from Cornell University.

Jason A. Grapski
Senior Vice President, Continuous Improvement, Strategy, and Mergers & Acquisitions
Mr. Grapski joined Univar in August 2012 as Vice President, Continuous Improvement and has served as Senior Vice President, Continuous Improvement, Strategy, and Mergers & Aquisitions since December 2012. Prior to Univar, Mr. Grapski worked as a Principal at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he advised clients with a primary focus on business-to-business marketing and sales, strategy and growth, and business development in the chemical and agriculture industries. He also assisted private equity buyers in target company evaluations. Mr. Grapski holds a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

W. Terry Hill
Executive Vice President, Industry Relations
Mr. Hill joined Univar in 1985 and has served as Executive Vice President, Industry Relations since September 2010. From May 2007 to September 2010, Mr. Hill served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Univar and from 2003 to 2007, he served as President of Univar USA. Prior to 2003, he held various sales and management positions including Senior Vice President—Field Operations, Regional Vice President and Sales Manager. Mr. Hill graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. degree in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and a board member of the Chemical Education Foundation.

Amy E. Weaver
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Ms. Weaver joined Univar in December 2010 and has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. From February 2009 to December 2010, Ms. Weaver served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Expedia, Inc. (“Expedia”), an internetbased travel website. From February 2008 to February 2009, Ms. Weaver served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and from July 2005 to February 2008 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Expedia. Prior to Expedia, Ms. Weaver practiced law with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Perkins Coie LLP. Ms. Weaver was also a Luce Scholar and served as the legislative assistant to the Honorable Margaret Ng of the Hong Kong Legislative Council. She was a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene A. Wright of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Weaver received a B.A. degree from Wellesley College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Marco A. Quirino
President BR
Mr. Quirino joined Univar in May 2013 as President of Univar Brazil based in Sao Paulo. Mr. Quirino is responsible for all of Univar’s operations in Brazil, including driving growth strategy, strengthening relationships with suppliers, and further building Univar’s customer base. Prior to Univar, Mr. Quirino lead commercial and industrial operations at Braskem, Brazil’s leading petrochemical manufacturer with operations in Brazil, Latin America, USA, Europe, and Asia. He also served as Vice President of Industrial and Commercial Operations with Quattor, a large petrochemical manufacturer in Brazil and spent 20 years with Dow Chemical in various management roles. Mr. Quirino earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Mackenzie University and his MBA from the FIA Business School. He has also completed advanced management programs at the Wharton School of Business and INSEAD.

Randy D. Craddock
President CA, Global Agriculture, Environmental Sciences
Mr. Craddock joined Univar in 1981 and has served as President of Univar Canada since January 2006 and of Global Agriculture and Environmental Sciences since December 2012. Prior to 2006, Mr. Craddock served in a number of capacities with Univar, including Regional Vice President—Western Canada, General Manager—Prairie Provinces, General Sales Manager—Southern Alberta, and Technical Sales Representative, first in Regina and then in Edmonton. Mr. Craddock graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Marketing, Transportation and Distribution Management.

David E. Flitman
President USA, Global Supply Chain & Export Services
Mr. Flitman joined Univar in December 2012 as President USA with responsibility over Univar's Global Supply Chain & Export Services teams. From November 2011 to November 2012, he served as Executive Vice President and President Water and Process Services at Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Before that, Mr. Flitman served from August 2008 to November 2011 as Senior Executive Vice President at Nalco until it was acquired by Ecolab. He also served as President at Allegheny Power from February 2005 to July 2008. In his early career, Mr. Flitman spent nearly 20 years in operational and leadership positions at DuPont. He earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.

David Jukes

Mr. Jukes joined Univar in 2002 and has served as President of Univar EMEA since January 2011. From July 2009 to January 2011, Mr. Jukes served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing EMEA and from April 2004 to June 2009 as Regional Director of Univar UK, Ireland, the Nordics and Distrupol. Prior to joining Univar, Mr. Jukes was Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Industry Relations for Omnexus, a plastics industry consortium e-commerce platform. Mr. Jukes is a graduate of the London Business School.

Mark J. Byrne
Chairman, BCS
Mr. Byrne joined Univar in December 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Univar Basic Chemical Solutions (BSC). Prior to Univar, Mr. Byrne served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of BCS, a company he co-founded in 1995. Under Mr. Byrne’s leadership, BCS grew to become a company with global operations and nearly $900 million in 2009 sales revenue. Prior to BCS, Mr. Byrne began his career in 1980 at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) where he held roles in several functional areas, culminating as President of AlliedSignal’s Fluorine Products Division. Mr. Byrne holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and Masters in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

George J. Fuller

Mr. Fuller joined Univar in April 2013 and serves as President of Univar Basic Chemical Solutions. With 26 years of chemical distribution and chemical manufacturing industry experience, Mr. Fuller has a proven track record of exceptional performance. From November 2012 to February 2013, Mr. Fuller was Executive Vice President of Hydrite Chemical Co., a leading provider of chemicals and related services in North America. Mr. Fuller held numerous leadership roles at Hydrite, including Vice President, Sales and Procurement as well positions in sales, product management, procurement, and business management. Earlier in his career, George was a top sales director and general manager for Prillaman Chemical Corporation, a Division of Ellis & Everard. George earned his B.S. degree in Business and Marketing from Marshall University.

Christopher Oversby
President, Global Oil & Gas and Mining
Mr. Oversby joined Univar in November 2012 as President, Global Oil & Gas and Mining. From May 2008 to October 2012, he served as Vice President & General Manager for the Oil & Mining division at Clariant, an internationally-active, specialty chemical company. He also served as Vice President, Marketing & Technology from January 2002 to May 2008 at Baker Hughes Incorporated, a leading supplier of oilfield services, products, technology, and systems to the worldwide oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Oversby earned his Higher National Certificate in Chemistry from North East London University and his MBA with Merit from Leeds University Business School. He has also completed executive programs at Stanford University and Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Chemist, Member Royal Society of Chemistry.

Scott A. Pendery
President, Magnablend
Mr. Pendery joined Univar in December 2012 after its acquisition of Magnablend, a provider of custom chemical manufacturing, blending, and packaging solutions for a variety of industries, including energy, oil and gas services, agriculture, and water treatment. Mr. Penderey, President of Magnablend, also served as Chief Executive Officer of Magnablend from June 2011 until December 2012. From January 1993 to May 2011, he served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Magnablend. Mr. Pendery spearheaded the Company’s expansion from a single facility in Waxahachie, Texas to five facilities in Texas as well as operations in Pennsylvania, Wyoming and North Dakota. Mr. Pendery is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and serves on the board of directors for the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce. He received his B.S. in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
